Namaste! I am Jolene and this is my story. Like most of us, I am living the human race. I am always brainstorming more duties to fill all the moments of my days. But I use yoga as a means of slowing down through a feeling based yoga practice with intentional yoga movements and meditation. I do believe that our body, our aches and pains caused from non-stop actions, are a reflection of our busy minds. I cultivate this mindset to balance running, cycling, my business, and most importantly, my family.
I have over 2000 hours of teaching experience, taught for over two years as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) and completed several hours of yoga education.
