Yoga private sessions offer students the ability to focus on personal interests, concerns or goals. Sessions allow 1-on-1 time to learn yoga, compliment training, help ailments, learn breath, and enjoy self-care in a quiet, personal environment.
Continue your yoga journey with teacher training. This training will provide the opportunity to learn yoga, practice teach and become a certified yoga teacher through through a lead trainer, guest teachers, and many valuable learning tools.
